Desta forma, camundongos fmeas Balb c receberam injeo intraperitoneal do MTA e aps 6, 12, 24 e 48 horas foram sacrificados para avaliao da migrao celular. A curva dose-resposta foi obtida pela injeo de MTA nas concentraes de 0, 5, 50 e 100 mg ml. Para tanto, a cavidade peritoneal foi lavada com PBS tampo fosfato ; , sendo o exsudato inflamatrio coletado para realizao da contagem global e diferencial das clulas. A contagem global foi realizada em cmara de Neubauer e para a contagem diferencial, identificaram-se 100 clulas em cada lmina, diferenciando-se neutrfilos NE ; , eosinfilos e mononucleares macrfagos e linfcitos ; . Observou-se que as doses de 5, 50 e 100 mg ml induziram migrao de NE estatisticamente significante quando comparadas ao grupo controle. Uplex ultrasonographic information on inhealing of carotid stents is limited. This prospective study followed the inhealing of 121 carotid Wallstents 112 patients ; by colour duplex sonography at day 1 and at 1, 3, 6, and 24 months. The layer between stent and perfused lumen SPL ; was evaluated in respect of thickness mm ; and echogenicity. The stent diameter was measured in the proximal, middle, and distal stent area. The ratio PSV ICA PSV CCA served as a hemodynamic index of the degree of the stenosis. Inhealing of stent was characterized by three phases: 1 ; acute unstable phase: at day 1 the inner stent surface was covered by a thick echolucent layer interpreted as a fibrin layer median 0.70 mm.
